Our design team alters short, knee-length, midi and tea-length dresses purchased from designers, boutiques, department stores and online retailers. Each garment is evaluated for fit, proportion, construction and movement before alterations are recommended.
Cocktail dresses may be fitted, structured, draped, layered or embellished. Each alteration is planned around the garment’s fabric, construction and intended silhouette.

The recommended alterations, estimated cost and fitting schedule are reviewed before work begins. The complexity of the dress and the event date are considered when planning the project.
The approved work is completed, and an additional fitting may be scheduled when needed. Significant resizing, structured bodices, draped details and intricate embellishment work may require more than one fitting.
