We’re currently looking for talented individuals to fill the following roles:

1. Experienced Seamstress

Location: Greater Philadelphia / Main Line / Montgomery County / Bucks County / South Jersey

Employment Type: Part-Time or Full-Time

We’re hiring an experienced seamstress with a background in bridal dress tailoring, prom alterations, or formalwear alterations. This position requires expert knowledge in wedding dress restoration and alteration, including vintage dress restoration, gown alterations, wedding dress repairs, and custom wedding dress alterations.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing alterations for a dress, including wedding dress hemming, train removal, and dress dyeing services
  
  
• Working with delicate materials for wedding dress restoration and alteration
  
  
• Assisting with bridesmaid dress alterations, mother of the bride alterations, and evening gown alterations
  
  
• Managing emergency wedding dress alterations and last minute dress alterations
  
  
• Supporting clients through fittings for homecoming dress alterations, ball gown alterations, and wedding veil alterations
  
  

Preferred experience:

• At least 3 years in bridal dress alterations, gown alteration, or seamstress alterations
  
  
• Familiarity with wedding dress tailoring, dress redesign, and wedding dress reconstruction
  
  

Experience with custom dyeing and wedding dress dyeing service is a plus

2. Sales Representative – Remote or Local

Location: Remote / Greater Philadelphia area (hybrid)

Employment Type: Commission-Based / Flexible Hours

Join the team as a Sales Representative and help connect brides and formalwear clients with the best dress alterations in Philadelphia. You’ll represent our brand to those seeking alterations near Philadelphia, bridal shop alterations, or custom dress alterations.

Responsibilities include:

• Generating leads for bridal alterations Philadelphia, wedding dress tailor Philadelphia, and gown alterations

3. Project Manager

Join a couture-level alterations team transforming vintage and modern dresses for brides, prom-goers, and formalwear clients.

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to coordinate fittings, manage client timelines, and act as the internal liaison between seamstresses, customer service, and our clients. You’ll track progress on each garment, ensure clear communication with the team, and maintain a calm, professional tone under deadline pressure.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee the status of all active alterations projects (brides, bridesmaids, prom, vintage)
  
  
• Communicate with clients to confirm fittings, delivery, and design decisions
  
  
• Manage team scheduling and production workflows
  
  
• Maintain digital tracking systems and communicate updates to management
  
  
• Support intake of new clients and help with the initial consultation process
  
  

What You’ll Need:

• Prior project management or operations experience (fashion or tailoring a plus)

4. Social Media Manager

We’re building an audience of modern brides, vintage lovers, and formalwear fashionistas—and we need a voice that’s bold, informed, and authentic.

We’re hiring a Social Media Manager to own content strategy across Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Reddit, and beyond. You’ll translate behind-the-scenes content, before/afters, and expert insights into compelling social stories that drive traffic and build community.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and manage a monthly content calendar across platforms
  
  
• Post real-time content from fittings, studio life, and transformations (with client permission)
  
  
• Grow our presence on Reddit, engage in bridal forums, and cross-post tips
  
  
• Create educational posts about the dress alteration process, trends, and vintage gowns
  
  
• Work with our internal team to promote blog content and special promotions
  
  

What You’ll Need:

• Demonstrated experience growing social accounts (ideally in fashion, bridal, or service-based biz)
  
  
• Strong sense of aesthetic, trend awareness, and copywriting skills
  
  
• Comfortable using editing tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, etc. and following brand guidelines.
  
  
• Bonus if you have experience with influencer outreach or partnerships
